RATES: $60 per session (1 hour) to come to you or $50 per session if you are coming to my home studio gym in Forestville (Northern Beaches)
During your first session we will discuss your goals so an appropriate program can be designed for your specific needs.
Our aim will be for you to have fun, gain confidence and work towards achieving your personal goals in fitness during each personal training session. You’ll improve your strength, endurance, cardiovascular health as well as lowering your body fat or increasing muscle mass depending on your goals.
Each program will be designed specific for the individual so optimal results can be achieved. Along with your personal training sessions, free nutritional advice is available to help those who want to maximize their results.
